Job Descrption
We are seeking a Professional Land Surveyor with SHA (State Highway Administration) property and right-of-way experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys and preparing survey documents related to SHA projects, including property boundary surveys, right-of-way surveys, and topographic surveys. The Professional Land Surveyor will work closely with engineers, project managers, and other team members to ensure that surveying work meets project requirements and deadlines.
Rresponsibilities:
- Conduct property boundary surveys, right-of-way surveys, and topographic surveys in accordance with SHA standards and requirements
- Prepare survey documents, including plats, descriptions, and reports
- Review and interpret survey data
- Ensure that surveying work meets project requirements and deadlines
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other team members
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior surveying staff
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
