Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Audio Visual Project Manager to join our team in Broomall, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing audio visual projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audio visual technology as well as experience in project management.
Responsibilities:Manage audio visual projects from initiation to closeout, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.Coordinate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against established goals.Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine project scope and requirements.Procure materials and equipment necessary for project execution.Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of audio visual systems.Provide leadership and direction to project team members, ensuring tasks are completed on time and according to specifications.Monitor project performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
Requirements:3-5 years of experience in the audio visual industry.Proven track record of successful project management.Strong technical knowledge of audio visual systems and equipment.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
