Job Descrption
Notes2-3 days a week onsite work
Job Duties
- File all necessary multistate annual and corporate reports
- Maintain relationships with bank partners
- Manage and oversee subcontractor/vendor payments ensuring proper documentation and releases are received
- Assist in reconciling vendor and credit card statements
- Analysis of the revenue cycle, including all billing and collections
- Budget and cash flow forecasting
- Oversee the preparation of all project billings and payment applications
- Preparation of annual workers compensation and insurance audits
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in construction industry
- Experience in company with accelerated growth
- Familiar with different accounting software platforms
- Experience with Sage & Procore a plus
