Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for all Human Resources functions and initiatives.
• Aid in managing employee transitions, job postings, interviews, hiring processes, and orientation procedures.
• Collaborate with the client to devise an annual HR strategy and ensure the accomplishment of defined objectives.
• Engage directly with the Navy’s Total Force and Corporate Operations office on behalf of the organization.
• Maintain a comprehensive record of HR activities, particularly during the hiring process.
• Assist in formulating detailed requirements concerning Government personnel and future projections.
• Create and manage specialized departmental reports, establish tracking systems, and analyze controls for personnel onboarding.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience in Navy HR Programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to quickly acquire new skills, methods, and technologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Prior experience supporting HR functions within NAVSEA/Navy.
• Familiarity with DCPDS and TWMS systems.
• Over 5 years of experience in Navy HR roles.
• Experience in crafting strategic HR plans.
