This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work remotely part of the time and spend 2-3 days per week on the client site. The ideal candidate will possess a Secret Clearance and have previous experience in HR support, particularly with onboarding processes. Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive HR support to clients, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.Assist with the coordination and execution of onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.Support HR team members with various projects and initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the department.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.Participate in HR meetings, trainings, and workshops to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.Handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Secret Clearance required.2+ years of experience in HR support or related role, with a focus on onboarding.Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.Attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring all tasks are completed with precision.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
