About the Role
As a Regional Process Engineer at our fulfillment center, you will play a pivotal role in navigating complex operational challenges in an ever-evolving environment. We're seeking a proactive and analytical problem-solver who thrives on understanding and improving processes, optimizing scalability, defining boundary conditions, and deciphering the rationale behind leadership decisions. This role is essential to ensuring the seamless operation of our fulfillment center, enhancing efficiency, and ultimately delivering a superior experience to our customers.
Responsibilities
Operational Insight:
Work in an ambiguous environment to gain a deep understanding of operational problems, automation limitations, and scaling factors.
Analyze and interpret boundary conditions that impact the fulfillment center's performance.
Collaborate closely with leadership to comprehend decision-making processes and contribute insights.
Process Improvement Leadership in the Region:
Lead process improvement projects to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of fulfillment center operations.
Identify areas for optimization, streamline processes, and implement solutions to drive continuous improvement.
Troubleshooting Expertise:
Direct and actively participate in process troubleshooting activities on a daily basis to swiftly resolve acute process-related issues.
Utilize data-driven methods and root cause analysis to identify, diagnose, and resolve operational challenges promptly.
Skills Development:
Provide comprehensive process trainings to Operations managers, Supervisors, and Operators as needed
Support the technical growth of Fulfillment Management team members by sharing knowledge, expertise, and best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
Some experience in Industrial engineering, ecommerce, grocery retail, or manufacturing environment would be a plus
Understand basic Six Sigma concepts and interpret methodology results
Demonstrated strong technical skills and personal drive in continuous process improvement and cost optimization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Ability to adapt to an ever-changing and fast-paced environment.

Compensation Range
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $66,560-$75,000
This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits
