Lancashire is the fourth largest local authority in England and covers a huge geographic area and a wide range of communities both urban and rural. Lancashire County Council manages over half a million tonnes of municipal waste each year. The council has a network of waste facilities which includes the direct operation of 16 household waste recycling centres and two waste transfer stations.
The post holder will provide general technical and administrative support to the service development team. Reporting directly to the Data & Finance Manager we are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and progressive candidate to support the service in the development and delivery of all aspects of the groups data and finance.
Essential requirements:
The main focus of this role will be assisting with the continuous development and delivery of the Finance and Data Team. so the ability to deal with large amounts of data and pay attention to detail is essential.
