Salary £11.79 hourly , with extra 25% enhancement for weekend and night work. Sleep in allowance £38.55 .Holiday enhancement paid.
Location. Lancaster and Morecambe Short breaks service – Morecambe – Lancashire
Flexible Hours to cover . Mornings 7.30a.m – 12p.m, Evenings 3p.m -10p.m , weekends 8a.m – 10p.m
Waking watch hours available 10p.m – 8a.m .
Sleep in duties available.

We are looking for enthusiastic, motivated, flexible people who would enjoy supporting adults with disabilities to live the lives they want.
The short breaks Service provides short breaks for people with learning and /or physical disability disabilities in a purpose built accommodation over 24 hours.
The support worker role involves meeting needs in all aspects of daily living , including supporting people to access activities in their local community, personal care , support with administering medication and ensuring people's needs are met in terms of health and positive outcomes.
Skills and Experience:
Experience of supporting / working with adults have a learning disability is not essential as you will be given support and training to undertake the role
The successful applicant will value others and have a person centred approach supporting people with dignity and respect.
