100% FTE, days. Scheduled shifts Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Additional hours may be required to meet operational needs. This is a hybrid position.

We are seeking a Provider Services Consultant to:
- Establish strong working relationships with advanced practice providers (APP) and leadership across the UW Health system.
- Provide strategic and tactical consultation and resolution on a wide variety of complex matters involving APPs across the organization.
- Lead the intake, investigation, processing, and resolution of APP- related issues and complaints, including investigations of discrimination, harassment, and caregiver misconduct.
- Create content for APP and physician training and facilitates such training where appropriate.
- Primarily support APPs, but will also support clinical faculty, residents and fellows as needed.

Education:
Minimum – Undergraduate degree in business, Human Resources or related field.
Preferred – Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited college or university.
Work Experience:
Minimum – Five (5) years employee relations or other related investigatory experience.
Preferred – Seven (7) to ten (10) years of employee relations or other related investigatory experience in an academic medical center, with significant experience working with physicians.
