We're seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to join us in working on multiple Minor Works projects across Infrastructure, Refurbishment, Energy, and Civil industries for our largest client. Based at Williamtown, NSW with projects extending to Northern NSW.
As this role requires security clearance, Australian Citizenship is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project costs, including budget approvals and invoicing.
- Ensure compliance with project-specific and statutory requirements.
- Develop and maintain project programs, including critical path analysis.
- Implement risk and opportunity management strategies.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in project delivery or Capex programs.
- Essential experience in construction, refurbishments, or fit-out projects.
- Previous exposure to Defence projects is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability in relationship management with external clients and contractors.
- Strong business acumen and financial knowledge.
- Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing project requirements.
