Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Workplace Coordinator to play a pivotal role in driving and supporting front-of-house services for our key client. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will collaborate with both the client and BGIS teams to spearhead various workplace initiatives and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the BGIS Account Management Team to ensure a memorable customer experience at the client's Headquarters NSW Property through direct engagement with tenants, owners, customers, and contractors.
Lead change management processes and initiatives as directed by BGIS.
Assist in the administration and reporting of the client Headquarters account, including performance reporting, planned maintenance, corrective reporting, and Operations Centre reporting.
Efficiently and effectively deliver all front-of-house operations and ancillary services in accordance with service agreements.
Cultivate and maintain beneficial and professional relationships with building tenants, the client, and the BGIS team.
Provide relevant training and inductions where necessary.
Ensure compliance with all HSEQ policies and procedures by all stakeholders.
Knowledge / Experience:
Demonstrated skills and experience in managing services with a focus on customer service and continuous improvement.
Strong track record of managing service outcomes and solutions in a customer service role.
Experience in producing service reports.
Proven ability to work within an integrated services and property model, delivering Property Management, Facilities Management, and Project Management services.
Solid business acumen with demonstrated business planning and financial knowledge and skills.
Capability of working within an environment using QA, HSEQ, and environmental systems.
Ability to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/innovative approach to problems and opportunities.
Proficiency in desktop applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
