We're seeking a Casual Transport Driver to join a prestigious client account.
This position is based in Singleton, NSW but may involve travel to various regions across NSW.
To qualify for this role, Australian citizenship is required due to security clearance checks.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently transport patients in accordance with BGIS standards.
- Provide non-emergency patient transport services for various medical needs.
- Conduct bus/shuttle/courier/personnel runs as necessary.
- Offer VIP Driver Service for Senior Officers or designated officials, including minor administrative tasks.
- Arrange suitable replacement vehicles in the event of fleet breakdowns.
- Deliver top-notch customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Keep vehicles clean, presentable, and roadworthy.
- Assist the Transport Coordinator as needed.
- Perform courier services for medical samples and prescriptions in compliance with regulations and standards.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrated professionalism in communication and service delivery.
- Ability to identify and meet customer needs with high-quality service.
- Effective communication skills with diverse customer groups.
- Capacity to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Valid Heavy Rigid (HR) Drivers Licence.
