- Integrated Property Services: Provide comprehensive Real Estate, Financial, Facilities Management, and Project Management Services to meet and exceed all contract terms, KPIs, and obligations.
- Strategic Oversight: Oversee the delivery of Property, Facilities, and Financial Management Services, offering guidance on complex property issues, negotiations, and overseeing budgeting and accounting processes.
- Leadership Excellence: Provide thoughtful leadership in the realm of integrated property services, adding substantial value to our client.
- Contract Management: Manage the contract in strict accordance with BGIS' commercial guidelines, including adherence to delegation and credit committee policies.
Skills and Experience:
- Seasoned Professional: 4-5 years of experience in Property Management, Facilities Management, Project Management, and Financial Management Services.
- Regulatory Expertise: Demonstrated understanding of current technical legislation related to Facilities Maintenance Management.
- Tech-Savvy: Knowledge and experience in Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Trade Background (Desirable): Previous experience in a trades background is advantageous.
