Job Description:

Support Lab Coordinator in the maintenance and upkeep of equipment, inventory audits, inventory control, and
lab setup/breakdown. Support in facility maintenance such as clean, break down, and store laboratory facilities,
equipment, and supplies as appropriate. May assist in ordering supplies. Assist faculty and students during labs.

Excellent interpersonal skills and an understanding of the different needs of our faculty and students
Highly proficient written and verbal communication
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and customer service orientation
Quick thinker with superb attention to detail and organizational skills
Proven ability to work independently and as a team
Demonstrated ability to self-manage, be held accountable, and independently make decisions
Proficient with personal computers, online computing systems, databases, and other office equipment.
Provide lab/research support for assigned area of responsibility
Assist with various projects, activities and tasks related to University laboratories and research
Adhere to and ensure safety procedures and precautions are followed
Ability to comply with University policies
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
