Job Description: The Marketing Account Manager effectively communicate the programs, events, services, and facility information for each of the department’s program areas to the broader Baylor community.
Curate all marketing-related content for the assigned departmental group/program.
>Create, review, and deploy relevant media (videos, pictures, graphics) through appropriate channels in a timely and effective manner
>Monitor upcoming, recurring and special activities, programs and events to pre-plan, create and deploy marketing content
>Review all materials for accuracy and appropriateness prior to release
>Work with Marketing team, program directors and key contributors to ensure communications meets their needs
>Partner with other Account Managers to support their specific departmental programs
>Participate, contribute and work cooperatively with marketing team members to meet content creation and marketing objectives
>Attend weekly Marketing Team meetings
• Creativity and a willingness to learn from others
• Passion for sports, recreation and/or wellness
• Interest in staging, shooting, and editing live-action photography and videography
• Experience deploying content and engaging target audiences with compelling graphics
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or other creative software
• Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on attention to detail
