Work Schedule: Technology Commons Lab is open from 8am - 10pm, Monday - Thursday, and 8am - 6pm on Friday, 10am - 6pm on Saturday, 1pm - 10pm on Sunday.Work schedule will vary on student schedule and availability throughout the day.

Pay Rate: $9/hr
Job Description:
To provide customer service to students using the Technology Commons Learning Lab. To assist students coming in to use computers/equipment.
Technology Commons Lab Duties:
Assist persons authorized to use the Technology Commons Lab facilities.
Assist Team Leader in the maintenance of computer lab facilities by performing routine tasks such as keeping paper in the printers, changing toner cartridges, turning off all equipment at closing and maintaining the overall neatness of the lab.
Assist Team Leader in opening and/or securely closing facilities at scheduled times, as assigned by the supervisor.
Assist Team Leader in the enforcement of policies established for the Technology Commons Lab.
Assist Team Leader in providing information to the supervisor concerning such items as utilization of the Technology Commons Lab.
Assist Team Leader report faulty equipment to the supervisor so that repairs can be performed.
Perform other special tasks as assigned by the supervisor or other members of Technology Center.
Answering or referring inquiries to the appropriate staff
