DIRECTOR/SR. DIRECTOR, SALES OPERATIONS
Job Summary
This senior role is pivotal in driving the sales teams to achieve their sales forecasts and plans by providing outstanding sales reporting, analysis and insights on sales activities. The role is also central to ensuring the product is available to ship on time with his or her leadership of the demand planning process and collaboration with operations on the production plan. The role will provide vital sales reports and reporting tools for all sales staff up to senior sales leadership.
The position will work closely with IS, Finance and Operations teams to develop and enhance processes, reports and systems. The role will lead key sales initiatives and drive execution of key operational activities to achieve sales goals.
Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting; MBA highly desired
Compensation: The anticipated range for this position is $180,000 to $230,000. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience.
Physical Requirements/Work Environment
This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities. Some local travel is necessary, so the ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver’s license is required.
