What you’ll be doing:
- Design, develop & maintain reusable code for managing functionality, configuration, deployment, monitoring, performance, scalability, availability, and support of commerce systems.
- Re-engineer and develop micro services based on modern cloud stack that powers order management, merch, inventory, and supply chain flows.
- Understand the functional & non-functional requirements and assist in analyzing the existing solutions to address the needs.
- Analyze defects from production/solutions to avoid recurrence of similar defects.
- Assist in creation of simple, modular, extensible functional design for the solution in adherence to the requirements.
- Assess proposed design and changes between the business expectations and the existing solutions.
- Estimate engineering effort, plan implementation, and rollout system changes.
- Lead project initiatives, recommend improvements, mentor, and guide junior team members.
- Develop industry and product technical expertise.
What you bring to the table:
- Object-oriented application development in a Microsoft .NET environment.
- Experience with writing microservices, web APIs.
- Experience with SQL Server and using extensive SQLs
- Experience with containers (Dockers, Kubernetes).
- Experience with Cloud computing, Azure Functions & Messaging Services, API Management.
- Experience with highly complex application
- Experience working with enterprise software solutions.
What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of work-related experience with the following:
- Development in a Microsoft .NET environment
- Writing microservices, web APIs.
- SQL Server and using extensive SQLs
- Experience with containers (Dockers, Kubernetes).
- Cloud computing, Azure Functions & Messaging Services, API Management.
- Experience with highly complex application and working with Enterprise Software Solutions
