What you’ll be doing:
First point of contact for all pre-sale transactional furniture requests
Primarily focused on supporting customer requests received from the Furniture Sales Consultants (FSC’s) and Account Managers (AM)
Provide customer support on inquiries related to furniture product, availability, and recommendations.
Provide solutions, quotes, and proposals for transactional furniture opportunities.
Effectively manage a pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed KPIs.
Identify opportunity leads in existing accounts to transfer to FSCs when applicable.
Develop selling skills of qualifying, strategizing, sales call tactics, closing, and maintaining service levels.
Learn the primary Staples operating platforms (Sunrise and Furniture Quoting Software).

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED
2+ years related experience
What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Strong computer experience in MS Office Platforms, AS400, furniture quoting software, and Salesforce.com
