What you’ll be doing:
Analyze and enter customer level deviated costs with a high degree of accuracy.
Work directly with Sales teams and other internal partners on their inquiries and requests. Provide updates to Sales regarding the status of each request and complete each request in a timely manner.
Submit invoices to vendors on a monthly basis, provide usage reports and other necessary documentation as needed. Research and reconcile all differences. Hit all deadlines.
Continuously refine and improve processes. Think outside the box.
Provide management with weekly updates on rebate collections and accurate monthly accruals.
Provide excellent customer service and respond quickly to all requests and inquiries.
