The Finance Coordinator provides coordination, scheduling, and administrative support for the Security finance program to ensure goals and objectives are accomplished in accordance with established priorities, timelines, and required specifications. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, energetic, and self-directed individual with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. The candidate will work at our client site in Seattle, WA.

Education/Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business administration is required.

Directs or completes tasks associated with these areas of responsibilities:
Provides coordination, scheduling, and administrative support for Finance team.
Responsible for domestic monthly invoicing; compares invoicing data to monthly budgets and leads investigations on any discrepancies.
Oversees monthly client billing reports, and DSO Reports for the department.
Oversees Aging Reports and Accounts Receivable for North America; research outstanding invoices and drives to completion.
Uses client meeting technology; schedules and facilitates a variety of meetings; completes and distributes meeting notes accordingly.
Identifies opportunities for process improvement and recommends changes to workflows and operating practices to improve efficiency.
Maintains a “customer service” approach to problem solving and works with client to find solutions to questions or concerns.
At the direction of the Finance Manager, performs other duties as assigned to ensure the overall success of the Security program.
Competencies (as demonstrated through experience, training, and/or testing):
PC experience is necessary in Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
Oracle PowerBI experience is preferred.
Ensures accountability.
Effective communication.
Ability to successfully manage relationships with interpersonal and organizational savvy.
Effective collaboration skills in working with teams and internal/external stakeholders.
Excellent planning, organization, analytical, problem solving and time management skills.
