Location: Des Moines, IA
Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The Account Manager position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by managing the security services and related operations provided to an assigned group of smaller accounts including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training. As an Account Manager you will be performing a variety of management functions for assigned accounts; while providing lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements, priorities of work and coordinating any necessary needs of the site. Position Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Standard computer / technology skills needed
- Must be able to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their guests
- Must be responsible, accountable, objective, and have a strong work ethic
- Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
- Prior Supervisor experience required
- Prior Security experience preferred
- Great customer service skills
- De-escalation skills
- Knowledge of security operations with an emphasis on patrol, inspection and response services
- Calm, polite, and professional behavior
- Good organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, at various social levels and across diverse cultures
