Rate: $19.00-$21.35/hour + $2500 Hiring Bonus paid out over 1 year!
The Lead Relief Flex Officer maintains the security and safety of the client site by supporting and providing their Security Officers clear guidance and leadership. Officers in this role will work mainly overnight shifts as a flex officer while also being able to step in as a supervisor when needed. If you have experience in the security industry and want to take the next step in your career you could be a great fit for this role; if not, this is an exciting introduction to a career in the security industry.

Position Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Basic computer and technology skills needed
- Must be able to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their guests
- Must be responsible, accountable, objective, and have a strong work ethic
- Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication
- At least 6 months of security related experience preferred
- Must have prior lead/supervisor experience
- Must have open work availability
- TWIC card will be required upon hire (which requires a birth certificate)
