Flex Officers will gain a broad and specialized knowledge of various high-profile posts. Flex Officers will be evaluated for leadership and further growth potential. Flex Officer objectives include: staffing new accounts until permanent Security Officers can be hired, provide security for short-term special events, fill in for officers while on vacation/sick/no call-no show, etc.

Position Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Standard computer / technology skills needed
- Must be able to provide exceptional customer service to our clients and their guests
- Must be responsible, accountable, objective, and have a strong work ethic
- Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
- Customer service background preferred
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
- Driver Certification
- 2yrs Security experience or previous Military / Law Enforcement
- Valid drivers license required
- Position requires officers to travel to multiple locations within the assigned district
- Must be available for all shifts - schedule will be provided week prior
