The Partner Solutions Consultant will support the vetting, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management of key insurtech firms leveraged by both Combined US Agency and Chubb Worksite Benefits. This role will serve as the SME, point of contact and business owner for strategic insurtech partners. 

This role will contribute to the creation of a centralized benefits technology relationship management model to support efficient, scalable growth and ensure alignment with insurtech partners.

Responsibilities
The primary responsibility in this role is to support key external strategic partnerships with insurtech vendors, enrollment, or fulfillment firms. 

  • Operate within a consistent and repeatable framework and program for effective partnership management that includes day to day management of the relationship and strategic initiatives, stewardship, and reporting on results with action plans to address gaps and challenges. 
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned insurtech partners.  Serve as the corporate liaison to assigned partnerships.
  • Act as subject matter expert on capabilities of and product offerings supported by assigned relationships and their technology.
  • Support the sales process by helping the sales teams understand partner go to market offering, capabilities, and overall go to market value proposition. 
  • Drive and monitor activities to deliver on strategic roadmaps that support annual sales goals, marketing plans and joint field readiness efforts, including new integrations and effective implementation and ongoing support of Chubb/Combined Worksite products.
  • Support the analysis of costs and benefits of adding new vendor partners to support opportunity prioritization and resource allocation as part of the vetting process.
  • Monitor, track and report on contractual service level agreements. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Excellent project management experience with demonstrated end-to-end results
  • 3 - 5 years insure tech/enrollment/benefit administration industry experience required
  • 5 or more years group insurance experience, with an in-depth knowledge of insurance administration practices, benefit administration and enrollment lifecycle

The pay range for the role is $80,500 to $137,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant’s skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.  Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, more details on which can be found on our careers website. The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
