Job Summary
As a key member of the Marketing Operations & Infrastructure team, the Director of Product and Enrollment Marketing is responsible for designing, developing, and executing compelling and persuasive product and enrollment marketing campaigns and collateral for Combined and Chubb Worksite Benefits. This individual will also be responsible for managing, and supporting partnerships related to, but not limited to, enrollment, and other initiatives and working cross-functionally with key business unites to simplify and scale communications to maximize usage and create user efficiencies.
Responsibilities
Assists the AVP, Marketing Operations and Infrastructure to plan timelines and allocate resources necessary to execute product and enrollment collateral production needs.
Serves as primary point of contact in managing assigned enrollment partner relationships.
Understands partner needs and develops plans to address them.
Serves as product and enrollment marketing subject matter expert for assigned business partners.
Collaborates with assigned partners to improve processes, and drive growth, to increase sales.
Manages communications, metrics, effectiveness, and reporting for all assigned initiatives.
Communicates the progress of scheduled initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Formulates, prepares, and implements plans and strategies for product launches and the enrollment roadmap contributing to the achievement of sales performance and financial objectives
Develops metrics to track product marketing collateral and enrollment marketing collateral performance patterns; evaluates the effectiveness and makes recommendations for changes or improvements
Skills
Product Marketing
Experience designing, developing and executing compelling and engaging product marketing materials.
Experience owning the Product Launch Cycle ensuring all Marketing objectives and concerns are understood and taken into account during the Product Development process.
Experience working cross functionally with the business and external agencies to own the product marketing catalog and experience.
Experience partnering with Channel Leads in designing, developing, or refining key collateral to support Product growth initiatives.
Experience partnering with Marketing Operations and Infrastructure to ensure product collateral automation needs are brough in from the outset during product launch cycles.
Enrollment Marketing
Experience driving the pre-enrollment communications experience including strategic direction for all collateral for all Large Case and Broker support.
Experience partnering with Operations and Infrastructure to measure and monitor usage of all assigned collateral, adoption and outline action plans where appropriate to change field behaviors monthly.
Experience designing, developing and executing scalable communication strategies for all market segments.
Qualifications & Skills
Extensive knowledge of the emerging health insurance space; track record of success in developing partnerships in health insurance environment
Exceptional communication skills, including listening as well as explaining complex ideas and technologies; ability to influence functional groups to a shared vision; effectively convey information to all levels of the organization
Experience working with consulting organizations in multiple cities/verticals
Strong aptitude for conceptualizing, communicating and selling new concepts while also being able to take an analytic approach to problem solving and strategic development
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or a related field
Six to eight years of related experience in product marketing, enrollment marketing, enrollment initiatives or partnership development
Demonstrated and measurable enrollment experience in the insurance industry
