Provide professional execution of day-to-day tasks and special projects while working within established standards, policies, and procedures.
The intern selected for this position will be working directly with Navy Federal’s Records and Information Management (RIM) team to support ongoing technology projects and RIM compliance initiatives. This is a year-round, Full or Part -Time, flexible internship based on school schedule.

• Support business strategy and initiatives within the business unit and/or across the organization
• Assist and collaborate with various levels of staff to accomplish tasks/assignments
• Perform research and analysis; may include quantitative and/or qualitative analysis
• Provide comprehensive day-to-day operational support
• Process and update data in automated systems; may generate and analyze reports
• Identify trends and patterns in business data; create data visualizations to support business decision making.
• Assist in tracking activities and documentation of RIM compliance technology initiatives
• Develop, maintain, and update RIM metrics dashboards (PowerBi)
• Research, analyze, processes requests, and perform routine administrative tasks
• Support ongoing ADO agile transformation efforts in collaboration with the agile coaches and scrum masters.
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Must be pursuing a degree from an accredited college/university
