We currently have a career opportunity for a Technical Delivery Manager to join our team located in Los Angeles/OC/San Diego, CA. The technical delivery manager will have oversight responsibility for the day-to-day management of an engagement, including all aspects related to managing our consulting team, resulting in a successful delivery and a satisfied, reference-able client. We are looking for our delivery managers to be technically minded. They are not expected to code or contribute to a technical solution. However, they are expected to understand technology projects, know the fundamentals of Agile development, and understand at a high-level what are the technical goals of their project which will drive business results for the client. They are expected to foster great relationships with clients. They are also expected to lead our vibrant SoCal team and culture.

- Help grow our SoCal consulting team by fostering client relationships and leading top technical talent
- Drives common vision, practices and capabilities across project teams
- Engages with business stakeholders to understand required capabilities, integrating business knowledge with technical solutions
- Help lead globally distributed project teams
- Work on multiple concurrent projects
- Help lead internal initiatives
- Performs verbal and written communication with Customer. Respond professionally to Customer’s requests
- Performs verbal and written communication with Technical and Non-Technical persons
- Manage your own tasks
- Communicate status to practice leads as warranted; complete tasks on-time and within budget
- Manage services estimation and team structure definition
- Stay abreast of latest technology trends
- Mentor younger team members and develop their skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Familiar with ITSM tools, processes and reporting
- Minimum 8- 10 years of professional experience supporting technology solutions
- Proven track record of leadership roles delivering support solutions
- Can speak to at least 3 examples of how you fostered client relationships to grow business
- Leadership and team management experience with ability to provide strategic planning and oversight
- At least 5 years of experience in a professional services company, consulting firm, or agency
- Experience leading customer workshop sessions to educate customers on the latest technology trends and best practices
- Proficient in authoring, editing and presenting technical documents and statements of work
- Ability to elicit requirements and communicate clearly with non-technical individuals, development teams, and other ancillary project members
- Engages with Technical Architects and technical staff to determine the most appropriate support model to meet business needs
- Experience working with a globally distributed teams.
The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $73,008 to $170,640. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
