As the Customer Support Supervisor, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting to customers when required and supervise the day-to-day customer requirements, both commercially and technically.

The Customer Support Supervisor will be responsible in helping in developing, assessing and prospecting new and current business and work closely with the site management and Customer Support team to build customer relationships and ensure clear lines of communication.
