Do you have compassion for helping others? Do you want to have a rewarding career? Then we have the job for you. We are looking to fill a Full Time Transportation Team Lead position with our team at Riely Hospital. This position will work the day shift. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
The Transportation Team Lead provides direction to staff and perform duties of the area's major work functions. They coordinate scheduling, training, and inventory duties. They develop and maintain the application of hospital personnel policies and ensures effective utilization of human and material resources. They train staff on appropriate techniques and monitors performance for quality and effectiveness. They coordinate morgue processes.
Requirements:
Requires 1-3 years of experience.
Requires ability to use teletracking.
Requires experience working in patient transportation.
High School Diploma/GED required. Associates Degree preferred.
