Analyst-Data (Muncie, Indiana)
The East Central Region is hiring a Data Analyst to help provide insights and analytics to all levels of leadership. Responsibilities will range from data mining and report generation to direct participation in various levels of problem solving. Breadth of work will range from aggregation of clinical data to financial and operational data. Analytics produced by this position will help drive high-quality patient care and support operational decisions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides data analysis and database management support to programs and initiatives.
- Serves as a resource person to all levels of management in reviewing, understanding, and analyzing data for performance improvement initiatives.
- Provides data analysis support, report generation, data validation, and serves as an expert user, providing training for additional system users.
PREFERRED:
- Proficiency working with PowerBI or writing SQL.
- Can manage several detailed projects simultaneously.
- Capable of presenting and explaining work to all levels of leadership.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and work on sensitive projects.
- Adept at working in group settings and with end-users to solve problems.
- Healthcare Experience is a plus.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent work experience.
- Requires knowledge of computer applications such as MS Excel, MS Access.
- Clinical and/or healthcare experience preferred.
