Are you looking for an exciting career? Do you want to work on an outstanding team? Then we have the job for you. We are looking to fill a Full Time Administrative Coordinator position with our team at Pediatric Gastroenterology Team at Riley Hospital.
  The  Administrative Coordinator provides standard administrative and technical support to multiple leaders or senior leadership. They manage schedules/calendars, coordinate meetings and events, prepare travel arrangements, process invoices and expense reports, and handles inquires, as appropriate, across teams they support. They manage work with limited guidance and direction. They anticipate and proactively address administrative and technical issues and challenges as they arise. They assure accuracy and availability of office records, files, resource data, various reports, basic budget oversight, etc. They will exercise sound independent judgement, anticipate potential issues and challenges, and recognize the specific needs of their leader(s).
  Requirements: 
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required.
• Requires 3-5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment preferred.
• Requires intermediate proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Requires intermediate experience in receiving, analyzing, and interpreting complex data and information.
