JOB DESCRIPTION / PURPOSE:
As a Clubhouse Associate, you’ll develop your sales, marketing, creative, and professional skills. You are a strong communicator, with the ability to build strong professional relationships and empathize with people’s needs. Members rely on you for a wide range of things from hot coffee in the morning to a warm smile when they are having an off day. You are the weather maker of the building, always having a pulse of what is going on and where we can enhance the member experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
• Control the flow of the building during the set business hours and monitor the screening process of all members and guests.
• Being the first impression of the organization and general point of contact for our member’s questions or concerns.
• Ensuring a smooth operation by moving quickly and effortlessly around the space.
• Ensuring that our members feel safe and comfortable with a reliable place to work.
• Ensure building Specific forms are up to date including pet forms, filming requests, bike room requests, etc.
• Answers any questions from member and educate new members on our house rules and membership policies.
• Understand who our members are and provide world class hospitality each day.
• Report any maintenance issues using the correct channels and ensure these are followed through.
• Assist other departments as and when necessary.
Events And Membership
• Support the programming in your building and evaluate events based on attendance, satisfaction, and impact on the members.
• Celebrate members’ successes and milestones through surprise and delights.
• Ensure building-specific operational requirements are met for each event (elevators, HVAC, etc).
• Be knowledgeable of the local neighbourhood and make recommendations for members and their guests.
• Know and explain Clubhouse policies and procedures and communicate, inform, and update members on building issues.
• Write and send updates relating to building or events.
• Identify and connect members when opportunities arise
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
• You’re passionate about building relationships and hospitality.
• You have impeccable communication skills and high attention to detail!!
• You’re energized by meeting people and work well in a team because you like supporting a bigger picture.
• You can create order out of chaos and are always planning ahead.
• You’re resilient, super adaptable, and can work autonomously.
• You take particular pride in presenting professionally!
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country in which the building is located.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Willing to work 5 days out of 7, including weekends.
• Shifts will be between 7am - 10pm Mon - Fri and 9am - 6pm Sat/Sun with ad hoc evenings if required.
