Key Responsibilities:

• Doing various tasks involved in processing the Desks trades throughout day – includes entering trades into the Energy trading screen, clearing trades on Exchanges and solving any trade queries that may arise.
• Maintaining the trading screen administration tools – includes setting up clients credit risk, creating Trader logins and setting up new markets when needed.
• Assisting with the onboarding process of new clients – includes liasing with Legal on any contractual revisions, arranging Brokerage Agreements and setting up client accounts in BGCs internal systems.
• End of day reconciliation of trades with the desk to ensure all trades are correct and all processes have been completed.
• Assisting with the day to day operational and administrative functions of the desk.
