Role description:Arcadis is seeking an experienced, dynamic Senior Engineer to take on a national leadership role for sustainable drainage and integrated water management in England and Wales. The role will encompass SuDS strategies and designs, nutrient neutrality studies/mitigations, water cycle studies, surface water management plans and these agendas' interface with the management of flood risk and sustainable water resources for people and the environment.
In Engineering, you'll create some of the world’s most iconic and ground-breaking structures and spaces that transform the world around us, from making journeys easier to opening up public places that bring people together.

Role accountabilities:Our growing team is tackling some of the biggest challenges facing the water sector. From addressing nutrient neutrality to unlock growth for homes and businesses to climate change adaptation for too much or too little water. You will be given the opportunity to work with our technical experts, clients and stakeholders to develop truly innovative and sustainable solutions.
The successful candidate will be a strong leader experienced in a wide and varied portfolio of projects, accountable for business development, co-ordinating delivery and quality control.
