Job Descrption
In the role of a Technical Services Representative within our High Performance Flooring (HPF) business you will assist and support the business in the development of new and existing business. You will ideally be from the HPF industry and have experience of the products. This role involves travel across the UK and Northern Europe and can be based from anywhere in the UK, Nordics or General Benelux. Provide support across the business, working to agreed timescales and maintaining a high level of technical expertise within HPF
Support in the development of existing and new business
Investigate and resolve all types of customer complaints
Provide technically correct and accurate reports, literature and specifications for use by customers
Maintain and update management systems
Travel to customer sites in order to resolve issues or queries
Ensure all work is carried out to a technically high standard
Ensure all work is within agreed HS&E guidelines and a proactive approach is taken to all requirements.
Material or Chemical Engineering experience desirable
Ideally experience within the High performance Flooring industry (application, installation, sales, technical)
Excellent people skills and previous customer service experience
High level of attention to detail and ability to report on data and present findings
Ability and desire to travel for work
