Role Overview
The role holder is responsible for developing large to medium customer relationships, providing solutions based on thorough analysis of customer needs. The role holder is expected to bring more potential relationships and mobilize efforts for cross sell and strengthen relationship with new/existing customers in an efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly review the market to identify opportunities in allocated segments and develop proposals for approval
- Prepare and gain approval for proposals that will meet the policies and customer needs
- Take personal responsibility for the establishment and maintenance of key relationships to leverage business achievement
- 100% adherence to policies and procedures. No adverse comments from Audit / Q & A Satisfactory rating
- Provide professional and expert advice on products and services to customers and business leads to other units to ensure that business opportunities are realized
Knowledge & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance and Banking or a related major field of study
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Corporate customer relationship management
- A good understanding of the market & market trends, competitive environment and the local regulatory environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain quality & relationships
