Summary
The Host Dietary Services under general supervision performs meal preparation and delivery of meal trays to include building positive customer satisfaction. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned

Education
Minimum: High School Graduate or equivalent
Experience
Minimum: 1 year food and/or customer service experience
Required Certifications/Licensure
ANSI Accredited Texas Food Handler or ANSI Accredited Food
Manager course or Certified Food Manager from the San Antonio Metropolitan Health District

We started out as a small operation in California. In May 1969, we acquired four hospitals, some additional care facilities and real estate for the future development of hospitals.
