Our providers are encouraged to work at the top of their license within this small community hospital ED.
What We Offer:
- CME Reimbursement: Receive up to $3,000 and 50 hours paid time off for Continuing Medical Education.
- Work/Life Balance: 10-hr. shifts; Minimum 130-hours per month (30 hours per week)
- Pay Structure: Experience-based tier compensation structure in place, opportunity to earn as you develop personally and professionally!
- Generous Benefit Time Off (BTO): ~150 hours per year accrued based on hours worked, to be used for vacations, sickness, holidays, and personal matters.

Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Emergency Nurse Practitioner Program.
- Licensed, or eligible, Physician Assistant or Emergency Nurse Practitioner, in North Carolina.
- Nurse Practitioners must be ENP certified or eligible to sit for boards within 6 months of starting employment.
- Current BLS and ACLS through American Heart Association or American Red Cross required. ATLS is required within a reasonable timeframe after starting employment.
