Our Next Training Academy allows us to offer individuals with no previous experience in sofa manufacturing an opportunity to be fully trained as a skilled Upholsterer and to learn a new trade.

The Next Training Academy start date is 28th May 2024.
We understand changing careers can be challenging particularly from a financial point of view, so to support your transition in our industry we pay all our trainees well above the typical trainee pay rate.
At the end of the programme and once your up and running with us, you will be moved onto our skilled hourly rate (*terms and conditions apply) and the opportunity to maximise your earning potential through our uncapped bonus scheme. We will also reward you with an attractive retention bonus at the end of 12 months employment.
Who are we looking for?
Dedicated, passionate individuals who want to learn, enjoy working in a fast paced environment and have a can-do attitude. Having a prior knowledge of operating tools, using your hands or considering yourself a bit of a DIY expert would be desirable.
Own transport is preferred due to the location of our furniture manufacturing site.
