Location: Civic centre and other locations from time to time
The suitable candidate will work within the Community and Prevention team and support with the commissioning of Adult Social Care services. Candidate will have a fantastic opportunity to be at the forefront of transformation of community services in Brent.
The Candidate will also support Community and Prevention team develop our approach to Market Management, collaboratively work with colleagues across Adult Social Care, external stakeholders and residents to understand the strengths and weaknesses in the supply and demand of services.
The PersonThe post holder will be able to demonstrate experience in commissioning, stakeholder management and project management. Candidate will bring a positive, flexible and innovative approach and have experience of Commissioning and community services in Brent. They will also have a strong understanding and experience of Adult Social Care and have the ability to work on multiple work streams.
