ABM, a leading provider of integrated facility solutions, is looking for a Utility Technician to complete assigned preventive maintenance and reactive maintenance repairs.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00/hr

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position.   A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Responsibilities

• Changing of air filters in spaces where no fans or machinery are in operation.
• General cleaning of engineering spaces.
• Cleaning and painting of no-operating mechanical equipment, which has been shut down, locked out and tagged by a Journeyman Engineer.
• Perform general laborer work as assigned by Chief Engineer or Assistant Chief Engineer, such as loading, unloading and moving materials, and running errands for the Engineering Department.
• Lamp replacement and cleaning of fixtures.  This does not include repair or replacement of fixtures, electric cords, outlets or ballast’s.
• Furniture moving, modular systems breakdown and set-up.
• Preventive Maintenance in all restrooms.
• Assist Journeyman Engineers whenever needed.
