Hourly Wage: $35/hr-$45/hr The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. • Ability to troubleshoot, calibrate and adjust pilots, thermostats and burners, transformers, controls, relays, heaters, elements, switches and controls on electrical systems 
• Ability to use the tools of the trade (e.g. multimeter, refrigerant gauges, charging charts, hand tools etc.) 

Responsibilities

• Installs, maintains and repairs ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment 
• Identifies maintenance risks on equipment 
• Diagnoses electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems 
• Cleans, adjusts and repairs systems, and performs warranty services 
• Performs emergency repairs promptly and efficiently 
• Provides technical direction and on-the-job training 
• Keeps daily logs and records of all maintenance functions 
• Ensures compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act 
• Complies with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements 
• Assists with customers' queries 
• Completes other duties as assigned 
• Work truck is provided

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Commercial experience
• Preventative Maintenance, diagnose issues on all units, troubleshooting with mechanical/electrical
• Refrigeration/HVAC Trade or Vocational certification required 
• 3+ year experience as an HVAC technician, and willingness to continue education in HVAC field 
• Must meet all requirements to receive approval for working in specific ATS environments (if applicable), including ten year work history if available  
• Customer Service Experience
