The Junior Accountant coordinates the annual statutory and internal audits, draft and file statutory accounts and tax filings and also ensures that the financial reporting standards and activities are followed in an efficient and professional manner.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Coordinate the end to end annual statutory audits with KPMG and provide statutory accounts preparation
Monitor, review, evaluate and report sales and order performance across multiple product lines
Develop Power BI and SAP BI reporting for management & balance Sheet reconciliations review
Develop financial models that enable real-time what if scenarios and assist future decision making
Harmonize various Hyperion reporting requirements across all local business units & assist in forecasting and budgetary control
Aid in the completion of both the Manchester Performance & Commercial packs
Assist in budget preparation, modelling and reporting both internally and in Hyperion
Explore and expand Hyperion data input in order to improve reporting efficacy
Collate and prepare documentation suite as part of corporate governance compliance
Assist in development of models to synchronize SAP and Hyperion business unit reporting
Quarterly SRA, bad debt reserve and tax provision updates & credit note analysis
Manage the journal register reconciliation & post month end close Hyperion reporting
Experience within a manufacturing or commercial environment is a plus
Good knowledge of Power BI Reporting, SAP BI Reporting and SAP is an advantage
