IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:
- Prioritize picking workloads and release waves to manage order fulfillment workflows through the DC, using our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Collaborate as a leadership team to develop, assign, and monitor the daily operation plans for the DC.
- Manage LPN tickets including printing, distributing, and follow up with operation leads.
- Ensure that work is directed to the production floor to maintain a high operational efficiency and consistent workflow.
- Track and manage customer order processing in the DC, analyze inventory positions, and coordinate material movement to fulfill orders in a timely manner. Drive closeout of aged orders and exceptions
- Coordinate with the Inventory Control and Replenishment teams to ensure that material is ready for releasing to meet customer orders.
- Correspond with Customer Service on order details and potential delays.
- Provide reporting updates on KPIs to DC leadership team to ensure continuous monitoring of operational performance and pacing.
- Participate in annual physical inventory planning and execution.
- Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED:
- Bachelor’s Degree in supply chain management, business, or a closely related field or 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in wave planning/warehouse planning.
- Experience using Oracle WMS.
- Promote an environment where individual contributions to quality and cost improvements are maximized.
- Willingness and ability to work overtime and Saturdays, on occasion.
- Legal Authorization to work in the United States – sponsorship will not be provided for this role
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART:
- Knowledge of Slotting and Inventory Transactions preferred.’
- Strong knowledge of Excel, Access and Microsoft Office.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills
- Must have the ability to trouble shoot and solve problems.
- Ability to walk, stand, bend and squat for extended periods of time as needed.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
