In this role, your responsibilities will be to perform established preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment, provide support to building facility equipment, and perform systems repair to satisfy all internal customer needs and expectations.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Equipment and Facility Repair - Troubleshoots and repairs production equipment as directed by supervisor or manufacturing needs. Provides support to repairs for such items as HVAC systems, air lines, plumbing lines, electrical lines, etc. Coordinates the repair of facility equipment and systems with the maintenance planner.
- Preventative Maintenance – Maintains production equipment according to the preventative maintenance program and reports updates to the maintenance planner.
- Contractor’s – Responsible for supporting contractors while they are on-site.
- Identify Problems - Identifies equipment or safety problems, takes corrective action and updates supervisor and maintenance planner.
- Safety - Performs work in a safe manner by following all safety procedures.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two years relatable maintenance experience that includes the following:
- Hydraulic/pneumatic equipment maintenance
- Machine maintenance
- Maintenance for water control valves for sprinkler system
- Electrical maintenance for interlocks, safety circuits and security alarms
- Facility maintenance for lawn sprinklers, roof inspection, ice/snow removal and other building and ground tasks
- Ability to communicate (verbal and written) effectively with customers, suppliers, and employees
- Ability to work in a cooperative and team-oriented environment
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.
