- Provide strategic direction aligning with the Energy Strategy for the service line and contributing to the wider Energy business strategy development

- Provide highly visible leadership to accelerate growth of Indian iCRC team, working with ICRC lead for Energy on recruitment, training, development and retention of key talent
- Provide visible leadership in safety, health, and wellbeing, committing to a zero-harm culture.
- Collaborate with other Service Lines and business units to leverage offerings and integrate services for business advantage.
YOUR TEAM
The Thermal Transition / Gas & H2 Service Lines sit within the UK Energy Transition Discipline. Due to significant overlapping services, skillsets and capabilities it has been decided to merge the 2 service lines to maximise integration, collaboration, productivity and efficiency under a single Service Line Director accountable for the overall performance and consistency of approach of both teams. The role will oversee the combined team sector coverage which includes Power Generation and Conversion Technologies, Carbon Capture, Hydrogen and Gas Distribution and Gas Transmission sectors.
The service lines provide services to clients from inception through development, construction, operation, and decommissioning in addition to strong Due Diligence and Lenders Technical Advisory capabilities. This enables us to support clients over the entire lifecycle of a project.
Working together with private developers, power utilities, government bodies, banks, lending agencies, contractors and OEM’s, projects are safely delivered whilst meeting and exceeding client expectations.
- An experienced leader known for driving innovation and trust, with a strong strategic vision and transformative leadership skills.
- A collaborative team builder, excelling in relationship-building and passionate about developing people with a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
- Capable of developing strong client relationships and have a proven track record of driving growth and work winning.
- Educated to degree standard, MBA or similar post degree qualification an advantage. Exceptional candidates without a degree will be considered, if they can demonstrate equivalent professional qualifications (e.g. Chartered Status).
- Full membership of a relevant professional body.
- Continued their professional development, through participation in relevant organisations, conferences, events and self-study (formal institutional CPD evidence is not required as this varies significantly between professions).
