Our Land Services team, based in Belfast, is seeking a Land Consultant to join the team on a Permanent Contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join the largest Land Referencing business in the UK to make a meaningful and lasting contribution to the success of high profile infrastructure projects across the UK and Ireland.
As part of our Land Services team you will combine office and on-site working to support the delivery of projects through the identification, consultation and negotiation of Interested Parties, combining skills in GIS and data management. Full training will be provided however the successful candidate will exhibit an understanding of land referencing processes, understand the value of accurate data management and provide evidence of working under tight time-frames as part of a busy professional working environment.
We would love to hear from you if you have:
- · Land Referencing experience
- · A degree in Geography or similar
- · Experience with land acquisition
- · Client facing experience
- · Full drivers licence
- · An understanding of data security protocols
- · The ability to travel and undertake site visits
- Purpose of the role & principal accountabilities (8-10 max)
