Compliance Manager – Electrical and Gas
£30,000 - £40,000 plus benefits (Work level 6A)

We’re looking for a Compliance Manager to join our Facilities Management team in the Co-op Property Function. In this role you’ll work in a hybrid way, splitting your time between home, the office and visiting our suppliers (find out more about our hybrid working policy at colleagues.coop.co.uk/hybrid-working-policy).
We’ll look to you to be responsible for making sure all areas of our diverse property portfolio are compliant with the electrical, gas and building fabric regulations by working with our suppliers to retain our high standards and culture of safety and compliance. This is an ideal opportunity into both Risk and Assurance management and Contracts Management, and you’ll have the chance to form part of our future plans within these functions.
