Wood is seeking an experienced Technical Administrator with a strong background in Microsoft Excel and database management, coupled with an ability to understand and manage technical project data. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing technical documentation, competence Training administrative tasks and directly supporting the project team with data management and related administrative duties.

- Provide efficient and effective technical administration and office support to the site teams, focusing on Subsurface OPEX works.
- CMMS - Maximo, EDMS - CS16 and other SharePoint site administration
- Undertake other administrative duties as required by your line Manager or the Gas storage Leadership Team
- Accept document change requests and process those requests in a timely manner
- Place site documents alphabetically and numerically and file according to company procedures
- Responsible for controlling the Sub Surface document management processes to ensure plant & process information is updated and placed in the correct location
- Management and coordination of Clients Competency and training records
- Provides secretarial support as required by the Sub Surface manager
- General office IT Support services
- Tracking project budgets

Skills / Experience
- At least 3 years experience of providing technical administrative support to a business
- Experience in a document control role
- Knowledge of IT software including MS Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes
- Finance IT systems
- Good administrative, oral, and written communication skills
- Full UK driving licence to enable travel between Gas Storage Sites and other SSE sites as required.
Qualifications
- A level's (Required)
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (Desired)
